Our Sukkot morning service on Shabbat will be followed by a catered kiddush luncheon. Many local dignitaries have been invited to attend as our guests. Celebrating 50 Years of Supporting the Broader Community

At this special Erev Shabbat service we will celebrate Solel’s legacy of Tikkun Olam (mending the world) through support of important agencies including Foodpath (Mississauga Food Bank) and Pathway, amongst others.

Celebrating Our Sacred Space

At this Erev Shabbat service with our architects joining us, we will reflect on our sacred space and on the state of our current renovations, with a special focus on envisioning our potential future needs.

Board Installation & Honouring Our Volunteers

During our annual Board installation we will also honour our current and former presidents, board members and committee chairs, as well as all of the people who have and who continue to volunteer their time and talents to the Solel community.

New Torah Scroll Dedication

We will culminate our year of celebrations on this Sunday afternoon. Everyone who has contributed to the Living Torah Project and who can join us in person at Solel this afternoon will have the chance to hold our Soferet’s hand while she writes one of the final words in our new Torah scroll. Light refreshments will be served. We will also be honoured to witness the dedication of our new Torah Scroll.
