Learn How to Make a Difference:
Civic Engagement Workshop on June 14

In recent years, our community has faced important challenges, including confronting antisemitism and responding to hate crimes close to home. At the same time, issues such as economic vulnerability, housing insecurity, and food insecurity continue to affect many in our broader society.

Preparing for the future means more than sustaining a synagogue or religious school. It calls on us to engage actively in civic life — locally, provincially, and federally — especially in this election year. As citizens, it is our right and responsibility to make our voices heard; as Jews, it is part of our covenantal obligation to help build a just society for all Canadians.

On June 14, the non-partisan Canadian Jewish Political Affairs Committee (CJPAC) will lead a short Civic Engagement Workshop for our community. Join us to learn how to connect with civic leaders, advocate effectively, and help shape the future of our community.

Please make every effort to join us!
